Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to US addresses — no minimum required.

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)
Delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Ships to: All 50 US states including Alaska & Hawaii

All products ship from US-based warehouses via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Multiple items may ship separately with individual tracking numbers.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 7 days at support@casanova-collection.com.

We do not ship internationally or to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, American Samoa) at this time.
